The Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) has begun accepting applications for candidates and candidate institutions for the second Brilliant Female Researcher Award (Jun Ashida Award), which supports female researchers and their activities who are conducting outstanding research that contributes to a sustainable society and future.
The award recipients and their organizations will receive a certificate and trophy from JST, as well as a prize of 1 million yen from the Ashida Fund.
Applications will be accepted until June 30th at noon on the following website.

Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) has started recruiting candidates and candidate institutions for the 2nd Brilliant Female Researchers Award (Jun Ashida Award) to support female researchers who are engaged in excellent researches that contribute to a sustainable society and the future, and their activities.
Winners and winning organizations will be awarded honorary certificates and trophies by JST and one million yen by the Jun Ashida Foundation as supplementary prizes.
