Membership registration is required to purchase products. Please register your name, date of birth, email address, and password here . We will send an email to your registered email address to activate your account.

About your registration

When registering as a new member, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, and set a password. These will be required when logging in to My Page. On My Page, you can confirm/register/change your registered information and check your order details.

The basic sizes are listed on each product page, so please be sure to check them before ordering. For measuring instructions, please click here .

  • Product measurements are in centimetres.
  • Depending on the shape, measurements may be taken at points not listed in the size guide.
  • Even with the same product, dimensional errors may occur during the production process.

About product images

  • Please note that the colors and patterns of the actual products may differ depending on the manufacturer, model, and screen settings of your computer monitor or mobile phone.
  • The images of models wearing the items may differ from the actual product. Please carefully check the mannequin images and product details before purchasing.

Regarding product price display

Although we strive to display accurate product information, incorrect product prices may be displayed due to typographical errors, system errors, or other reasons. If a product price that differs from the actual price is displayed, we may cancel your order or terminate the sales contract, regardless of the reason.

About the material

Due to the characteristics of the fabric, please note the following:

  • Please note that materials made from animal wool such as cashmere, alpaca, and mohair are prone to pilling and fluffing due to their soft texture.
  • Please note that materials made with silk thread may discolor if exposed to strong light for a long period of time. Also, please note that the color may fade if the product gets wet or if you sweat heavily.
  • Please note that materials made with dark cotton or linen threads may lose color if they get wet or if you sweat heavily.
  • Please note that materials made with rayon thread may shrink if they get wet or if exposed to strong steam.
  • Please note that soft materials are prone to pilling and fraying.
  • Please note that thin and lightweight materials such as chiffon and voile may break if strong force is applied.
  • Please be careful as materials with surface changes are prone to snagging.
  • Please note that materials that use glitter threads are prone to breaking.
  • Please note that jersey material may shrink slightly when washed or dry cleaned.
  • Please note that hand-washed items may shrink slightly.
  • Please note that leather products may transfer color if rubbed hard. For cleaning, please take the product to a leather goods store.

About alterations

If you bring the delivery note included with the product at the time of delivery to one of our directly managed stores, we will shorten the sleeves of your jacket, dress, skirt, or pants free of charge (although there may be a charge for some designs).
*Alterations on sale items will incur a fee.

About orders

The ordering method varies depending on the product's stock status.

After selecting the necessary items such as "color" and "size," you will be shown either "Add to Cart," "Email Order," or "Request Restock." Please check the details below.

About the shopping cart

Select the color, size, and other necessary items of the product you want and click "Add to Cart."

Your order will be displayed on the Shopping Cart page.

If you want to remove an item from your cart, click Remove.

When you are ready to purchase the product, click "Proceed to Checkout."

Please note that the product is not reserved in stock when you add it to your cart. It will be reserved as soon as your order is completed.

*Please note that as we share inventory with our stores, items may be out of stock depending on when you place your order.

About mail orders

This item is currently out of stock (on backorder). We will arrange for the item to be delivered from our store's inventory.

If you would like to purchase, please select the color, size, and other necessary information of the product you would like to purchase, and click [Email Order].

After receiving your email order request, we will contact you within three business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to inform you of stock availability and payment methods.

Depending on the stock situation, we may not be able to arrange the product.

A restock request is an application to receive a "restock notification email" and does not constitute a purchase or reservation.

In addition, if the production of the requested product is discontinued, we may send you a "Restock Notification Email" to inform you that the same design may be available in a different fabric, color, or pattern. In such cases, a "Notice" will be displayed at the top of each product, so please check it.

About payment methods

Withdrawal

From the following month, payments will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of each credit card company.

If you use convenience store payment

Payment will be completed by making payment at any convenience store chain by the payment deadline.

*If the payment deadline has passed, your ticket will become invalid.

* Any fees incurred when paying at a convenience store are the responsibility of the customer.

*If you have measures in place to prevent spam, please set up your email to receive emails from the @sbpayment.jp domain.
If you have not set up an email address or if there is an error in your email address registration, you may not be able to receive payment-related communications.

If you use bank transfer

Payment can be completed by transferring money via ATM or online banking by the payment deadline (7 days after order completion).

*Transfer fees set by various financial institutions will be borne by the customer.

*Please be sure to transfer the correct amount. Please note that we cannot refund any overpayments.

*Please note that if the payment deadline (7 days after the order completion) has passed, the order will be invalid. Please note that the payment cannot be completed even if you transfer the money.

About coupons

Coupons will be announced via email newsletters, news, etc. during campaigns. Depending on the campaign content, we may also announce them in-store or on social media.

Each coupon code has its own terms and conditions, such as expiration date and number of times it can be used. Please check these before using.

In addition, as a general rule, coupons are only applicable to the product price (base price) and not to shipping fees, handling fees, etc.

Only one coupon can be used per order. Multiple coupons cannot be used at the same time.

Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed.

If an order made using a coupon is canceled or changed, depending on the conditions, you may not be able to use the coupon again to make payment.

Coupons are not applicable to masks, eco bags, Mina Tan charms, and sale items.

Coupons may be changed or discontinued without notice.

The free shipping conditions apply to the payment amount after the coupon is applied (discount). The coupon can only be used by the purchaser.

About Shipping

Delivery will be by Yamato Transport. Please note that we cannot accept requests to use other companies.

We will ship within 2-7 business days after we confirm that your payment or bank transfer has been completed. However, if your order falls during Golden Week, the New Year's holiday period, or the summer holidays, we will ship within 14 business days. (However, for masks, the current shipping time from payment confirmation is longer than the above. Please read the estimated shipping time on the product details page.

Delivery times may vary depending on backorders, backordered items, delivery area, weather, and traffic conditions.

About entering your shipping address

Please enter your delivery address on the product purchase page, or select a delivery address from the addresses you have registered in advance.

If there are any errors in the information you enter, there may be delays or the product may not be delivered.

You cannot change the delivery address after completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrectly entered delivery address. Please check the details you entered carefully before registering.

You can also change, add, or delete your registered address by logging in to your My Page .

About shipping fees

The shipping fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide per order.

If you spend 30,000 yen (tax included) or more per order, shipping will be free.

*If you use a coupon, the amount after the coupon is applied (discounted) will be the applicable amount.

Please note that we cannot combine multiple orders or combine shipping fees for multiple orders.

Shipping fees for masks and eco bags

Masks and eco bags will be delivered separately, so even if you purchase them together with regular products, an additional 500 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide for each order.

Minatan Charm Shipping Fees

Minatan charms are delivered separately, so even if you purchase them with regular products, an additional 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide for each order.

We only ship within Japan. We do not deliver to Yamato Transport offices or overseas destinations.

If you are not at home

Generally, products can be received within 7 days from the date of shipment.

If you are not at home, the delivery company will issue a notice of absence, so please contact the contact information listed on the notice to request redelivery.

If you are unable to receive the product within the specified period due to absence or unknown address, the product will be returned to us.

Please note that if more than 7 days have passed since the product was shipped and you have not received it, we will take appropriate action, such as canceling your order.

About delivery tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Completion Notification" email.

You can check the delivery status by accessing Yamato Transport's "Parcel Inquiry System" and entering the inquiry number (tracking slip number) listed in the email above.

*If you have any inquiries regarding changes to the arrival date after the product has been shipped, changes to the delivery address, or if the product has not arrived after the specified time, please contact Yamato Transport directly.

In addition, by registering with Yamato Transport's Kuroneko Members (free of charge), you can also use the "Delivery Schedule E-mail" service, which will notify you in advance by email of the estimated arrival date, time zone, and shipping number.

About in-store pickup

This is only available at our directly managed stores. When placing your order, please indicate in the comments section that you would like to pick up your order in-store.

As a general rule, products can be received within 7 days from the date of payment settlement or bank transfer completion.

Please note that if more than 7 days have passed and you have not received your order, we may cancel your order at our discretion.

For orders over 30,000 yen ( tax included ) that you choose to pick up in-store, shipping will be free after the alterations have been made.

Please note that for orders over 30,000 yen ( tax included ) that are delivered free of charge, if you subsequently bring your item to a direct store for alterations, a separate delivery fee will be charged.

Returns and exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges if you contact us in advance by email within 7 days of receiving the product. However, this may not be possible depending on stock availability.

Shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges will be free, but all payment fees will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we will not be able to accept your request if you do not contact us in advance.

Conditions for accepting returns

  • We will only accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. When contacting us, please be sure to keep the product in its original packaging.
  • After we contact you, please return the product along with the delivery note and all accessories included with the shipment. After checking the condition of the product, we will process your return or exchange.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns depending on the condition of the product.

If we cannot accept your return

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.

  • If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • If the item has been used, altered or cleaned
  • If the item is soiled or damaged by the customer
  • If a part of the product or accessories is missing
  • If the delivery note is not enclosed with the returned item
  • Products purchased in stores (products purchased outside of this website)

If a refund is due to you, we will process it as soon as possible after receiving the ordered items, however, depending on the procedure, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific refund methods.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for masks, handy masks, mask cases, diffusers, and some other products designated by our company due to hygiene reasons.

Please be sure to check the order details such as size, color, price, and quantity before completing the order process.

Also, when the product arrives, please be sure to check that the product is not defective, damaged, or soiled, and that the product and quantity you ordered are correct.

About cooling off

Cancellation by cooling off is not possible.
