・Shipping fee
The shipping fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide per order. Free for purchases of 30,000 yen (tax included) or more.
・Delivery fee for masks and eco bags
Since masks and eco bags will be delivered separately, even if you purchase them together with regular products, an additional 500 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide for each order.
・Minatan Charm shipping fee
Since Minatan charms are delivered separately, even if you purchase them together with regular products, an additional 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide for each order.

We will ship your order within 2-7 business days (excluding Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date we confirm your payment or bank transfer has been completed. If the period overlaps with Golden Week, New Year's, or summer holidays, we will ship your order within 14 business days (excluding Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Shipping of products is limited to within Japan only.
Masks will be shipped approximately 2 to 14 business days after we confirm that your payment has been completed or that your bank transfer has been completed. (However, the current shipping situation is that it is taking longer than the above period after payment has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the * below.)
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, size exchanges may be accepted in some cases.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
However, size exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. However, this may not be possible depending on stock availability.
All shipping and payment fees incurred in relation to size exchanges will be borne by the customer.
